GoldPay Capital is a mineral operations consultancy with a direct supervisory presence in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We work at the intersection of artisanal mineral production and global business development — helping cooperative partners structure their operations, verify their output, and access the networks they need to grow.
As a supervisory equity partner, GoldPay Capital provides production oversight, operational reporting frameworks, and strategic business development — creating the infrastructure that connects mineral wealth at its source to partners positioned to bring it to market.
The DRC holds an estimated one-third of the world's cobalt reserves, alongside significant deposits of gold, copper, and critical battery minerals. Much of this wealth sits within artisanal and small-scale mining communities that lack the structural support, reporting systems, and global relationships needed to realize its full value. GoldPay Capital exists to bridge that gap — responsibly, transparently, and with deep respect for the communities and land at the center of this work.
